HydroBell data sheet
Hydrobell detects liquid and "soaked in" water (e.g. in wood or cloth). It is however not sensitive to ambiant humidity and can therefore be used without problem in steamy atmospheres such as bath, shower or laundry rooms.
In case of rapid flooding, the main unit starts floating and the alarm keeps on sounding for many hours (alarm duration is directly related to the battery's charge level and quality).
